Quick Reporting is a MedCo accredited medical reporting organisation with vast experience in medico-legal evidence for soft-tissue personal injury claims from road traffic accidents.
What is MedCo and when is it used?
The MedCo portal (www.medco.org.uk) was introduced in April 2015 by the Ministry of Justice under the Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents.
Claimant solicitors are required by the Protocol to use the MedCo portal to source the initial medical report in relation to claims for soft tissue injury suffered by occupants of

There is no requirement to use the MedCo portal for second or subsequent reports, or for claims outside these criteria, for example, cycle accidents, non-motor accidents, personal injury, clinical negligence, immigration or any other matters.
